PGIMER Registrar Deputation Recruitment 2026

The Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh has invited applications for one post of Registrar on deputation basis. The post is in Level-12 of the Pay Matrix under the 7th CPC. Eligible officers should send the prescribed application form through the Cadre Controlling Authority so that it reaches the office of the Director, PGIMER by 30 November 2026.

Eligibility

• Officers must belong to the Central/State Government, U.T. Administration, Central Statutory Bodies or Autonomous Bodies and hold an analogous post on regular basis.
• They must have at least 5 years of regular service in LEVEL-11 in the Pay Matrix or equivalent.
• They must have five years of experience in administration, including conduct of examinations and admissions/arrangement of teaching programmes.
• The covering letter to the Haryana Chief Secretary mentions an initial deputation of three years. This term is not stated in the recruitment notice itself.

• Fill the application in the prescribed format.
• Attach attested copies of ACR/APARs for the preceding five years.
• Vigilance clearance and a certificate that no departmental or disciplinary proceedings are pending or contemplated must be certified.
• Attach an experience certificate mentioning the job profile of the officer.
