TISS Programme Manager Recruitment 2026

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has invited online applications for one "Programme Manager" post at its Hyderabad off-campus. The post is on contract for one year initially, extendable based on performance and the Institute's needs. The consolidated salary is Rs 40,000 per month, and online applications close on 06 November 2026. Eligibility

• Education: M.Com, MBA (Finance)
• Experience: minimum 2 years in accounts and finance
• Age: preferably below 40 years (the Institute may relax age based on work experience)
• Duties: maintain project accounts, prepare budgets and financial reports, process payments, manage TDS/GST and P-Tax compliance, coordinate audits, maintain vouchers and financial records, and give administrative support

Application Fee

• General candidates: Rs 500, paid online
• SC/ST/PWD candidates: Rs 250, if the required certificate is uploaded in the online form
• Women applicants are exempted from the fee
• The fee will not be refunded under any circumstances

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates may be called for a written test, personal interaction or skill test.
• Meeting the minimum qualification does not guarantee a call for interaction, especially if there are many applications.
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail and/or mobile phone. The test or interaction will be held at TISS, Hyderabad.
• No TA/DA is payable if the interaction is held at the Institute's premises.
