RSSB Computer Instructor Amended Notice 2026

The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB) has issued an amended notice for Basic and Senior Computer Instructor Recruitment 2026. The amendment relates to Basic Computer Instructor posts in scheduled areas under the Secondary Education Department. The notice mainly corrects the category-wise breakdown of posts, and the other terms of the advertisement remain the same.

Background

The original notice was issued on 22-05-2026. It showed the category-wise split of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) backlog posts for Basic Computer Instructor (scheduled area) under the Secondary Education Department, Bikaner. Because the male/female split was not shown for these backlog posts, the category-wise list is being issued again. Candidates should therefore use the revised figures given in this amendment.

Revised Vacancy Breakdown

The revised category-wise break-up for Basic Computer Instructor posts in scheduled areas is given below. The table gives the SC and ST totals for each district separately.

As per the table, the total number of SC posts is 30 and the total number of ST posts is 387. These are the figures written in the amended notice.

Important Note

The notice clearly states that the remaining conditions of the advertisement will remain as they are. This means that eligibility, application and selection rules have not changed because of this amendment. If you are preparing for this post, read the original advertisement's conditions carefully as well.
