The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has declared the result of the Hindi Stenography and Hindi Typing Proficiency Test for Stenographer posts under Advertisement No. 13-Exam/2024. The notice is dated 27 October 2026. A total of 1,329 candidates have been declared successful in the skill test, which is held for 1,224 posts in different departments. The list of roll numbers of the successful candidates is given in a 5-page PDF on the UPSSSC website.

Important Dates

  • Result of the Mains written exam (PET-2023 based): 22 July 2026
  • Hindi Stenography and Hindi Typing Proficiency Test: 5 September 2026 to 16 September 2026
  • Skill test result: 27 October 2026
  • Document (abhilekh) upload: the date will be announced separately on the website

Result Details

  • Advertisement: 13-Exam/2024 (Stenographer, Mains exam based on PET-2023)
  • Candidates eligible for the skill test: 18,556
  • Candidates who appeared in the skill test: 10,813
  • Candidates declared successful: 1,329

How to Check

  • Open the result notice on the official UPSSSC website, upsssc.gov.in.
  • Download the PDF with the roll numbers of successful candidates and search for your roll number.
  • If your roll number is in the list, you are successful in the skill test.

What Next

  • The successful candidates will have to upload their documents for eligibility and record verification. The Commission will inform the date separately on its website, so keep checking it.
  • The result for Advertisement No. 09-Exam/2023 is a separate notice on the same website, so candidates of that advertisement should look for their own list.

What the Numbers Show

  • Of the 18,556 candidates who were eligible for the skill test, 10,813 appeared, so about 8,000 candidates did not attend it.
  • 1,329 candidates are declared successful for 1,224 posts, so only a little more than one successful candidate is available for each post. Being in the list is therefore a strong step, but it is not the final selection.
  • The skill test was held over 12 days, from 5 to 16 September 2026, and the result came after about six weeks.
  • The notice is signed by the Secretary of the Commission and carries the letter number 246/09/Computer Section (12)/2025-26/13-Exam/2024, dated 27 October 2026.

Preparation Tip

Candidates in the list should keep their original documents, educational certificates and category certificates ready now, because the upload window can open at short notice. Keep an eye on the notices section of the UPSSSC website every day.
