MNLU Mumbai Hostel Caretaker Recruitment 2026

Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai (MNLU Mumbai) has invited applications for 2 Hostel Caretaker (Female) posts and 2 Hostel Caretaker-cum-Driver (Male) posts, 4 posts in total. These are purely contract posts for one year on consolidated pay of Rs 25,000 per month. The online application closes on 15 November 2026, till 23.59 hrs.

Vacancy Details

Pay: Rs 25,000 per month for both posts (consolidated pay, one-year contract).

Eligibility

• Hostel Caretaker (Female): 10+2 class pass is essential. A diploma or certificate of minimum 6 months in Housekeeping, Home Science or another relevant subject is desirable. Working knowledge of computer is desirable. One year experience in a similar field is required.
• Hostel Caretaker-cum-Driver (Male): 10+2 class pass and a four-wheeler light vehicle driving licence are essential. One year experience in a similar field is required. A diploma or certificate in Housekeeping/Home Science and working knowledge of computer are desirable.
• Age limit: 25 to 45 years. Reserved category candidates get up to 5 years relaxation in the upper age limit.
• Nature of duty: Full time (residential service).

Selection Process

Candidates must bring original documents and two sets of xerox copies to the interview for verification. The University reserves the right to fill or not fill any post, and to withdraw any advertised post, without giving a reason.
