Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Qualification: 10th pass with 2 years of post-qualification experience, or 12th pass fresher.
• Driving work can be assigned only if the candidate holds a valid driving license.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Physical maintenance of the records of the section
• General cleanliness of the organisation and carrying files and papers within the building
• Photocopying, sending FAX and delivering Dak inside and outside the building
• Assisting in routine office work like diary and dispatch, including on the computer
• Watch and ward duties
• Opening and closing of offices and rooms, cleaning and dusting furniture
• Cleaning of building and fixtures, and upkeep of parks, lawns and potted plants
• Any other work assigned by the superior authority
