DSVCKV Young Professional-II Recruitment 2026

Dau Shri Vasudev Chandrakar Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya (DSVCKV), Durg has invited applications for one Young Professional-II (YP-II) post on a purely contractual basis for a short-term period at its Animal Biotechnology Centre. Eligible candidates need a Master's degree in Biotechnology and practical experience in handling instruments used in molecular biology research. Applications must reach the Director, Animal Biotechnology Centre, DSVCKV, Durg, by post or in person on or before 16 November 2026.

Eligibility

• Educational qualification: Master's degree in Biotechnology (PG)
• Practical skill: practical experience in handling instruments used in molecular biology research
• Age limit: minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years
• The selected candidate must meet the eligibility on or before the last date of application

Selection Process

• Based on screening, a merit list will be uploaded on the University website. No individual correspondence will be made.
• A maximum of 10 candidates will be shortlisted and called for the interview based on merit.
• Marks are given out of 100: Higher Secondary 10, UG 15, PG 25, gold medal and merit scholarship 6, additional technical or computer diploma 4, working experience 15, NCC/NSS/sports/cultural certificates 5, and interview 20.
• No TA and DA will be paid for the interview.

• Attach self-attested scanned copies of relevant original documents and experience certificates.
• Send by post or submit in person to the Director, Animal Biotechnology Centre, DSVCKV, Durg, on or before 16 November 2026.

Terms and Conditions

• The position is purely temporary and contractual. It does not give any claim to regular appointment.
• Maximum tenure is 1 year, which may be extended up to 1 more year based on satisfactory performance.
• The selected candidate gets two days of casual leave per month, up to 10 days of paid casual leave in a calendar year.
• The appointment can be terminated on one-month prior notice.
• Apart from laboratory work, other official duties may be assigned by the University.
