Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology or Master's in Science or related fields (full time), with at least 60% marks or 6.00 CGPA.
• Experience: At least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in patent filing, IP management, or technology transfer.
• Age: Preferably less than 45 years as on the last date of application. Older candidates with suitable experience, including recently retired professionals, may also be considered.
• Preference: Patent Agent Certification, experience in drafting Indian patent specifications, and drafting experience for PCT, USPTO or EP applications.
• Citizenship: The applicant must be a citizen of India.

Salary

• Monthly pay: ₹80,000 (consolidated) during the contract period.

Selection Process

• Applications will be scrutinised and shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interaction and document verification.
• Shortlisted and selected candidates will be informed by email only.
• No TA or DA will be paid to applicants attending the selection process.

Terms and Conditions

• The appointment is purely temporary, renewed yearly, for a maximum of 03 years.

• The contract may be terminated with one month's notice from either side.
• The appointment does not give any claim to regular employment benefits.
