Munger Evening Court Support Staff 2026 Apply

The Principal District & Sessions Judge, Munger has invited applications for support staff in the Evening Court, Munger, on a contractual basis. Only retired Civil Court employees can apply. Eligibility

• The applicant must be a retired employee of the Civil Courts.
• Only those court employees who retired within the preceding three years, as per guidelines issued by the Hon'ble High Court, Patna, can apply.
• The applicant must be physically and mentally fit to do the duties of the post.
• The applicant must have satisfactory service records and no major disciplinary punishment during service.
• Stenographer: requisite experience and proficiency in shorthand and typing.
• Clerk: adequate knowledge and experience of clerical and judicial office work.
• Peon/Orderly: must be capable of performing the duties attached to the post.

Terms and Conditions

• The engagement is purely contractual.
• It does not give any right to regular appointment or continuation in service.
• Selected candidates must work during the prescribed working hours of the Evening Court.
• The competent authority can cancel or modify the advertisement or selection process without giving any reason.
• The decision of the competent authority on selection and engagement will be final.
