Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical coordination across development, tenant onboarding and provisioning, and L1, L2 and L3 support, run as one integrated service for the platform.
- Own tenant onboarding and the provisioning process, from request through configuration to go-live, while keeping segregation of duties intact.
- Own incident management and escalation, problem management and the change advisory process. Monitor and report SLAs across tenants and engines.
- Coordinate release-to-support handover, maintain runbooks and the knowledge base, and drive continuous service improvement across the engines.
- Plan capacity and rosters for the support tiers, run the government reporting cadence, and act as the main coordination point between government bodies, DIC and the engineering team.
- Track service metrics such as uptime, ticket volumes, resolution times and SLA adherence, and drive remediation of recurring issues.
