- Provide front-line user support at L1 / L2 and handle tickets and incidents, routing true defects to L3.
- Monitor application health across engines, do first-level troubleshooting and raise alerts.
- Support tenant onboarding and user enablement across the actor classes.
- Maintain the knowledge base, FAQs and support documents, and track ticket resolution against SLAs.
