RCF Assistant Officer Recruitment 2026 - Compliance Post

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd), a Navratna company of the Government of India, has invited online applications for one post of Assistant Officer (IPD) Compliance in E0 grade. The advertisement carries post code E0ASSTIPD/092026. Online registration runs from 8:00 AM on 31 October 2026 to 5:00 PM on 16 November 2026. Selection is through a Skill Test.

Vacancy Details

• The minimum total monthly gross salary works out to about Rs 65,000. It includes basic pay, VDA, perks and HRA.
• The vacancy is tentative. RCF may also keep a panel for unforeseen vacancies arising within one year of empanelment.

Eligibility

• Education: a three-year regular full-time graduate degree in any discipline from a UGC or AICTE recognised university, with at least 55% in the final year or the last two semesters.
• Age: up to 46 years for Unreserved candidates. Children and family members of the victims of the 1984 riots get 5 more years.
• Experience: at least 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Preference goes to experience in the explosive industry and Ammonium Nitrate compliance.
• Training, internship and apprenticeship periods are not counted as experience.

Selection Process

• For E0 grade the selection process is a Skill Test.
• Only candidates found eligible on the details in the online form are called. Passing the Skill Test alone does not guarantee selection, as empanelment is limited to the vacancies and the waitlist.

Job Role

• Ensure compliance with PESO regulations and manage the transport of Ammonium Nitrate (Melt).
• Keep compliance records accurate, deal with regulatory authorities and ensure safety and transport norms are followed.
