RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Result 2026 Out: Typing Test 27 Nov

Railway Recruitment Boards have released the result of the second stage Computer Based Test (CBT-2) for NTPC Under Graduate posts under CEN 07/2025. Each RRB has published its own PDF list of roll numbers shortlisted for the Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST). The lists are dated 30 October 2026. The CBT-2 was held on 17 September 2026, and the typing test is tentatively on 27 November 2026.

How Candidates Were Shortlisted

• The shortlisting is category-wise, based on marks in CBT-2.
• A candidate must also score above the CBT-1 cut-off of their community.
• The list is provisional, and being on it does not mean final selection.

What Reserved Candidates Should Note

• Candidates shortlisted by taking the benefit of OBC (NCL), SC, ST, EWS, PwBD or Ex-Servicemen reservation will be treated in that same category in all later stages of the recruitment.
• Keep the community and other certificates ready, as they will be needed at document verification.

What Happens Next

• The typing test is the next stage for candidates on the list.
• Shortlisting for Document Verification will depend on performance in both CBT-2 and the CBTST.
• The official notice says candidates will be told through the RRB website, SMS and e-mail to download the city intimation about 10 days before the test.

How to Check the RRB NTPC Result

• Open the official website of your RRB, where you applied, or the RRB portal.
• Open the CEN 07/2025 section and download the CBT-2 result PDF for your region.
• Press Ctrl+F and type your roll number. The lists show roll numbers only.
• Each RRB has its own list, so a roll number will not appear in another region's PDF.
• Lists seen on the official site include RRB Ajmer, Ahmedabad, Bilaspur, Chennai, Gorakhpur and Siliguri, among others.
• Practise typing now, because the test is under a month away. Read the rules for typing speed in the CEN.
