The District Rule Matters
- You can apply for a work centre only if you are a resident of, or got your qualification from, a district listed for that centre in Annexure-I.
- Applications from other districts will not be considered, so check Annexure-I first.
- If you apply for more than one centre or trade, you will be given only one, at ONGC's discretion.
How Selection Works
- ONGC prepares a provisional merit list on marks in the qualifying examination.
- If two candidates tie, the older candidate gets preference.
- Shortlisted candidates go through document verification with original certificates.
How to Apply
- For trades marked NAPS, register and apply at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
- For trades marked NATS, register and apply at nats.education.gov.in.
- Applications by post or by hand are not accepted.
- Keep checking your registered e-mail and the ONGC website for updates.
