JNCASR Medical Officer Recruitment 2026 - 2 Contract Posts

Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), an autonomous institution under the Department of Science and Technology, has invited applications for 2 Medical Officers on contract. Advertisement No. JNC/AO/Advt.No.31/2026 is dated 30 October 2026. One post is for a male doctor and one for a female doctor. The term is one year from joining and may be extended. Eligibility

• M.B.B.S. from a recognised institute or university, specialised in General Practice.
• At least 5 years of post-internship experience as a Medical Officer or Practitioner in a reputed hospital or healthcare facility.
• Experience in a campus-based, educational or research health facility gets preference.
• Not more than 60 years of age on the last date.

Pay

• A fixed Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 a month.
• Pay starts from the date of reporting for duty.
• Only basic facilities for the work are provided, with no transport facility.
