NIOT Manager Recruitment 2026 - Regular Post, Chennai

The National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT), Chennai, under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, has advertised one regular post of Manager. Eligibility

• A Master's degree from a recognised university.
• Operational computer knowledge.
• 6 years of experience, preferably in government, PSU or autonomous bodies, in the relevant area at Pay Level 8 or 9 or equivalent.
• Desirable: MBA, LLB, Diploma in Management, CA, ICWA, SAS or equivalent.
• Age: not above 45 years on the closing date. As the post is unreserved, no category relaxation applies, but NIOT and Central Government employees have relaxation as per rules.

Main Duties

• Personnel and administration, including recruitment and establishment matters.
• Policy work, compliance, RTI and legal matters.
• Procurement through GeM and CPPP, and vendor management.
