DCPU Saran Support Person Recruitment 2026 - 20 Posts

The District Child Protection Unit (DCPU), Saran, Chhapra, has invited applications to empanel 20 Support Persons under the POCSO Act, 2012 and POCSO Rules, 2020. The posts are temporary and based on POCSO cases, and the empanelment is for two years. Vacancy Details

Eligibility

• Post-graduation in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development or Law.
• Or a graduate in any faculty with a diploma in child rights or counselling, and three years of work experience.
• At least three years of desirable experience in child rights, child protection, legal work or child psychology.
• Age: above 30 and below 65 years.
• Must be a citizen of India and a resident of Saran district, with a clean record and a sworn affidavit.

Pay

• Rs. 9,000 per POCSO case, paid in three instalments.
